Thank you for shopping at Way to Chic! Each piece of jewellery is carefully prepared and beautifully packaged in Antwerp, Belgium. We want you to love your purchase and have made our shipping and return policy as simple as possible.
SHIPPING
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Antwerp, Belgium to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimates only. International orders may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available shipping and tracking information by email.
TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES
Way to Chic operates under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses; therefore, VAT is not charged on our products. For orders delivered outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an international order.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Way to Chic jewellery. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. To arrange a return, please contact us at waytochic@yahoo.com before sending your jewellery back. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please include your order details or proof of purchase with the return. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the jewellery is the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email. Eligible refunds will be made using the original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back. Please note that additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every Way to Chic piece is carefully checked before shipping. If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at waytochic@yahoo.com, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.
RETURN CONDITION
Please take reasonable care of the jewellery while it is in your possession. Items returned with signs of wear, damage or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the jewellery may be subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by law.
